Sports Massage



Sports massage is based on Swedish massage and uses a range of different techniques to help prevent and treat sports injuries. These include effleurage, kneading, deep tissue work and stretching.

Sports massage can be done before a sports event to stimulate circulation and reduce the risk of injury or after an event or training session to help relieve muscle soreness.
