Pilates

Many clients like to be taught a few exercises after their massage that they can do at home or at their work desk to help improve their posture and further reduce their pain. Pilates is a gentle, safe and effective exercise programme to help stabilise the spine and pelvis to gradually reduce neck and back ache.

The exercise programme is individually designed by a physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor for each client and is designed to increase relaxation, co-ordination, concentration, body alignment, stamina and core stability.
